Is Quilla Health a pharmacy?
No. Quilla Health is a technology platform. Each prescription is reviewed, compounded, dispensed, and shipped by an independently licensed pharmacy in our network.
Who chooses the pharmacy for an order?
The clinic or prescriber. Each order shows the eligible pharmacies with their price, ship time, and state coverage, and you pick one.
Does Quilla Health get paid for sending orders to a particular pharmacy?
No. There is no paid placement and no payment tied to which pharmacy is chosen. Clinics pay a platform subscription.
Which states do you cover?
Coverage depends on the pharmacies in the network and grows as pharmacies join. Each order only shows pharmacies licensed for the patient's state.
What can we order?
Compounded medications listed by network pharmacies. Each pharmacy chooses its own catalog, so availability varies by product and state.
How are pharmacies vetted?
We verify state licenses, accreditation, insurance, potency testing, and inspection history before a pharmacy goes live, then recheck on a set schedule. See Network standards for details.
How does billing work?
Your clinic receives one statement with all orders across pharmacies. We collect payment and remit each pharmacy its listed price for shipped orders.
Is patient information protected?
Yes. We sign business associate agreements with each clinic and pharmacy, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and limit each party to the information its role needs.
Do you work with telehealth platforms?
Yes. Telehealth brands can order through the portal at launch, and an API for routing orders from your own app is planned.
Are compounded medications FDA approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients by licensed pharmacies and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
How does a pharmacy join?
Apply on the Join page. After verification and signed agreements, you set up your catalog and go live.
