How we vet the pharmacies in our network
Each pharmacy meets the same bar before it goes live and is checked again on a set schedule. Here is what we look at and how often.
Licensed where it ships
We verify an active license with each state board the pharmacy ships to. A pharmacy only appears on orders for states where its license is current.
Checked [FREQUENCY]Accredited
PCAB accreditation or an equivalent from a recognized accrediting body, for the type of compounding the pharmacy lists.
Checked [FREQUENCY]Potency tested
Independent third-party testing of listed products. Results outside the accepted range pause that product until resolved.
Checked [FREQUENCY]Inspection history
We review recent state board and FDA inspection outcomes, and pharmacies notify us of new findings.
Checked [FREQUENCY]Turnaround and service
Published ship times are tracked against actual performance and shown to clinics on each order.
Tracked on each orderComplaints and adverse events
Reports from clinics and patients are logged, shared with the pharmacy, and reviewed until closed.
Reviewed as receivedNeutral by design
How orders reach a pharmacy
Clinics and patients choose the pharmacy. We show the information that matters for that choice and apply the same display rules to each pharmacy.
- Each order shows price, ship time, and state eligibility
- No pharmacy pays for placement or ranking
- Quilla Health receives no payment tied to which pharmacy is chosen
- Pharmacy pricing data is never shared with other pharmacies
